A booking day lasts from 0 to 24 hours. For example 10am until the following day at 10am. Once your booking is created, Zendrian will contact you to confirm the delivery time. Vehicles can be returned early, however there is no refund for partially used days or bookings.

Check your email for a link to the e-sign agreement which must be completed to confirm the booking.

S.M. Grande Residence has partnered with Zendrian Micromobility for guests to get easy access to electric bicycles, scooters, and personal mobility vehicles. Place your booking and we’ll drop the vehicle at the hotel.

When you’re finished, simply leave it with the front desk!

    Zendrian City E-Bike

    Classic City E-Bike

    24″ Soft Ride Tires, Adjustable Seat Height, and 3 Riding Modes: Pedal on your own, Pedal with Motor, and Full Motor. Top speed is 25km/h and the range is about 40 kilometers. Can be folded to fit in a large car. Weighs 25kg.

    ZX-9 Standing Scooter

    Highly maneuverable and tons of fun, great for getting in and out of tight spaces. 10″ wheels offer enough clearance for most of the bumps, and it weighs just 12kg for easy portability. Folds to fit in any size car and can be brought onto the BTS and MRT trains and subways, subject to their regulations. Top speed 25km/h and range of about 25-30km.

    zenS8 Mobility Trike

    Rest your feet and stay on the move with our motorized adult tricycle. Moves at 20km/h and folds into an easily roll-able tote for elevators, taxis, and trains, so you can move through malls and markets all day long. Weighs 12kg and has a maximum recommended rider weight of 90kg.

    Need to know before booking:

    • The hotel is a marketing partner and is not responsible for the vehicle or rental details. All micromobility rental queries should be directed to Zendrian.
    • A credit card is required and a 1,500 baht security deposit will be collected for each vehicle, returned to your card 7-14 days after the rental has completed.
    • All rentals are subject to a liability release and rental contract. The renter is ultimately responsible for the vehicle and its use during the rental period. No rider shall be permitted who has not signed the liability release.
    • Riders must be over 13 years old and at least 140cm tall.
    • Scooters are permitted to go anywhere in Thailand but recommended for level on-road terrain. Our vehicles may be GPS tracked for security.
