Warranty Service in Thailand

If you are concerned about warranty service for Brand Zendrian, Xiaomi, and Ninebot products in Thailand, don’t worry. We have the answers for you.

  1. Contact our staff for initial troubleshooting.
  2. If our staff cannot resolve the issue initially, the company will help find a repair shop to diagnose the problem for you.
  3. We have spare parts available for you at friendly prices.
  4. Not covered by warranty
    • If the product is exposed to water or water enters the device, it is not covered by the warranty. This can be verified by water stains or rust.
    • Products that have been modified or customized from their original condition, including opening the product for self-repair or repair by another technician.
    • Wear-and-tear parts such as tires.
  5. Covered by warranty
    • Battery warranty with no additional charge within 90 days! If within 1 year, the company will cover 50% of the cost.
    • For other parts, we provide a 1-year warranty with replacement.

Customers are responsible for maintenance and spare part shipping costs.
