Zendrian Micromobility 2‑Year Limited Warranty (Thailand)

Effective date: [insert date] Applies to: New Zendrian-branded micromobility vehicles purchased in Thailand from Zendrian or an authorized Zendrian dealer, and only while the vehicle remains in Thailand.

  1. Warranty period and scope
  • Duration: 24 months from the date of original retail purchase by the first retail purchaser.
  • Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, when used and cared for according to the Zendrian User Guide. Service includes parts and labor for covered repairs performed by Zendrian or an authorized Zendrian service partner in Thailand.
  • Remedy: At Zendrian’s option, we will repair the product, replace the defective component(s) with new or refurbished parts, or replace the vehicle with an equivalent model. Replaced parts become Zendrian property. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. The warranty period does not restart or extend, unless required by law.
  1. Geographic limitation
  • This warranty applies only to products purchased in Thailand and only while the vehicle remains within Thailand. Moving the product outside Thailand voids this warranty.
  1. Registration and proof of purchase
  • Serial number: The vehicle’s serial number must be recorded with Zendrian or the authorized dealer at or after purchase. The serial number may be required for any warranty claim.
  • Proof of purchase: A dated sales receipt/invoice from an authorized Zendrian sales channel in Thailand is required for service.
  1. Owner responsibilities and conditions of coverage
  • Follow the User Guide for operation, charging, storage, and maintenance.
  • Perform routine maintenance at the intervals described in the User Guide.
  • Use only Zendrian-approved chargers and parts.
  • Do not modify the product or install incompatible accessories.
  • Keep your proof of purchase and ensure the serial number is legible and not removed or altered.
  • Transportation to and from the Zendrian repair location is the customer’s responsibility and cost.
  1. Battery performance and coverage
  • Normal degradation: Lithium battery capacity will decline over time. Capacity of approximately 60% of the original rated capacity at 12 months and approximately 40% at 24 months of normal use is expected and, by itself, is not considered a defect.
  • What may be covered: If Zendrian determines the battery has a manufacturing defect or its capacity falls substantially below the expected levels described above within the warranty period under normal use, Zendrian may repair or replace the battery pack at its discretion.
  • Battery exclusions: Damage from water ingress, heat exposure, using non-approved chargers, improper storage (including deep discharge), physical damage, or modification is not covered.
  1. What is not covered
  • Wear-and-tear items: Tires, inner tubes, brake pads/rotors/cables/hoses, bearings, chains, sprockets, grips, bulbs, saddle/seat covers, alignment and other periodic adjustments, and similar consumables.
  • Cosmetic issues: Scratches, dents, discoloration, and surface rust/corrosion. Rust spots are not covered; use/storage in humid environments is expected to cause some rusting.
  • Environmental or accidental damage: Heat damage, water damage (including rain intrusion and submersion), flooding, fire, impact/collision, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or acts of nature.
  • Improper service or modifications: Damage resulting from assembly, service, or repairs by non-authorized parties; or from modifications or installation of non-approved parts/accessories.
  • Missing/altered identifiers: Products with removed or defaced serial numbers or safety labels.
  • Transportation: Shipping/transportation costs, packaging, and insurance to/from the Zendrian repair location.
  1. Ownership transfer
  • The remaining warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner if: a) the vehicle remains in Thailand; b) the original purchase invoice is provided; and c) the transfer is recorded with Zendrian within 30 days of the change of ownership.
  • The warranty term does not restart upon transfer.
  1. How to obtain warranty service
  • Step 1: Prepare your documentation: proof of purchase, serial number, description of the issue, and clear photos/video.
  • Step 2: Contact Zendrian Support to open a case and receive guidance and, if needed, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Email: team@zendrian.com, Phone: +66 2 460 7551
  • Step 3: If requested, ship or bring the vehicle/component to the designated Zendrian repair location in Thailand. Use original packaging or equivalent. Customer is responsible for transportation costs and compliance with any dangerous-goods rules for battery shipments; Zendrian can advise on compliant packaging.
  • Step 4: Zendrian will diagnose and, if eligible, repair or replace covered components at no charge for parts and labor, then return or make available for pickup.
  1. Exclusions that void warranty
  • Use contrary to the User Guide, including prohibited operating conditions.
  • Any attempt to defeat safety systems or increase performance beyond factory specifications.
  • Commercial rental or fleet use not expressly authorized by Zendrian in writing.
  1. Limitation of liability and rights
  • To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Zendrian disclaims all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Zendrian’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. Zendrian is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of time, loss of use, or lost profits).
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights under Thai consumer protection laws that cannot be disclaimed. In case of conflict, the protections afforded by applicable Thai law prevail.
