They refunded the deposit right after we returned them! I can only recommend renting one of the e scooters to explore the city! Be sure to call ahead or line them to see if they can help you before you go. She said if I could get the parts they could do the service, but getting the parts seems very difficult. Actually, we had to call 10 different stores just to find a place that had parts and could fix our scooter. One shop said it would take three weeks to get the parts from China.
